Board of Commissioners

Spalding County is administered by a five-member Board of Commissioners, elected to represent various geographic districts within the county. This board is responsible for creating ordinances and policies for county governance and addressing citizen requests like zoning issues. Each year, the board elects a Chairman and Vice Chairman from its members during their first public meeting.
